You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to make purchases or enter contractual relationships through this website. Certain opportunities or services may have additional age, licensing, credential, documentation, location, employment, contractor, testing, or eligibility requirements.

Missing or failing to participate in a scheduled service does not create a right to a refund. Any rescheduling option, if available, is subject to the terms provided with the applicable service or to J Link Global's written approval.
Digital Products, Systems & Educational Materials
Digital products, templates, snapshots, workflows, training materials, frameworks, downloads, courses, and similar resources are licensed for the purchaser's permitted use and are not transferred as ownership of J Link Global's intellectual property.
Unless a product expressly grants resale, redistribution, white-label, commercial, or other expanded rights in writing, you may not copy, resell, distribute, publish, share, sublicense, reproduce, or commercially exploit the material.
Technology changes. Third-party platforms may modify features, interfaces, pricing, integrations, permissions, or functionality. J Link Global does not guarantee that a digital system, template, automation, or integration will remain compatible with every future third-party platform update.
Terms That Apply to Specific J Link Divisions
Systems, automation, CRM, workflow, audit, implementation, and buildout services depend on the scope purchased, client cooperation, and third-party platform capabilities. No particular revenue, efficiency, business, or financial result is guaranteed.
J Link may facilitate connections between businesses and independent professionals. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a connection is not a guarantee of suitability, performance, availability, licensing, results, or a successful engagement.
Information regarding remote work or call-center opportunities does not guarantee placement, assignments, hours, income, acceptance, continued availability, or employment. Opportunity requirements and compensation may vary.
Résumé, cover-letter, LinkedIn, interview, and career services are intended to strengthen career presentation and readiness. J Link does not guarantee interviews, employment, promotions, compensation, or hiring decisions.
Joining or applying to J Link's contractor network does not guarantee work, assignments, selection, contract awards, hours, or income. Opportunities may require specific registrations, insurance, licensing, certifications, documentation, availability, or other qualifications.
Screening and testing services may involve laboratories, collection sites, employers, medical-review processes, regulatory requirements, or other third parties. J Link does not control an employer's hiring decision or a third party's interpretation or use of screening results.
Suite and premium event opportunities are subject to event, venue, ticketing, capacity, guest, security, conduct, transfer, and access rules. Event details and inclusions may vary. Purchasing or requesting access does not override venue or event-organizer policies.
Marketplace inventory, quantities, brands, product assortment, pricing, and availability can change. Products may sell out. Product descriptions and images are intended to reasonably represent the item offered, but minor differences may occur where permitted by law.

If you receive an incorrect item, an item is materially damaged in transit, or J Link Global makes a fulfillment error, contact J Link Global promptly after delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. J Link Global is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect delivery information supplied by the purchaser, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
